Problem:
Each year, Think explores a defining challenge facing enterprise leaders. The focus of Think 2025 was closing the AI execution gap. As emerging technologies like generative AI, agentic AI, and next-generation business applications reshape how organizations operate, many are still held back by siloed strategies, outdated systems, and unclear governance.
Solution:
To help leaders move from ambition to execution, I launched a roundtable reflection video series featuring our subject matter experts. The series addressed topics covered at Think 2025, cutting through the noise to focus on what it truly takes to activate AI and next-generation technologies at scale with practical insights on governance, modernization, and delivering measurable value across the enterprise. That included:
Video Series Strategy & Execution: Spearheaded end-to-end delivery of a 9-part roundtable reflection video series during the Think 2025 conference, spotlighting consulting SMEs on topics such as agentic AI, governance, modernization, and strategic partnerships—including Microsoft
Content Development & Production: Coordinated 3 days of on-site filming, leading video scripting, editing, and publishing for 8 finalized videos tailored to executive audiences
Executive Visibility & Social Amplification: Coordinated publishing for 2 videos on IBM Consulting’s LinkedIn page (300K+ followers) and amplified remaining videos across SME LinkedIn profiles, reaching a combined audience of 32K+
Audience Engagement: Created timely, insight-led content that cut through conference noise, driving post-event engagement and reinforcing IBM’s position as a trusted advisor on AI and enterprise transformation
Impact: Amplified IBM Consulting’s thought leadership across a combined audience of 330K+, sparking high-value conversations with C-level stakeholders and reinforcing IBM’s role as a trusted advisor—contributing to post-event momentum and influencing early-stage pipeline growth.
Identified a list of high-impact IBM Consulting leaders and SMEs, mapping their areas of expertise to key themes and activations at the conference—such as Edward Walsh, positioned in front of the quantum computer to signal the growing importance of a robust, intentionally designed hybrid cloud platform.
I developed a content framework and tailored discussion prompts to guide each reflection, ensuring conversations stayed focused on delivering practical, real-time insights for executive audiences.
Over the course of three days during the conference, I coordinated and directed on-site filming sessions, capturing candid reflections that aligned to our broader messaging and client priorities.
Following production, I led the editing and review of seven videos, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with our messaging. For the remaining two videos, I collaborated with the internal social team to incorporate IBM branding and meet publishing standards for the corporate LinkedIn page.
To drive engagement, I created an enablement deck for both our consultants and internal marketing teams, providing accessible links to the SMEs’ LinkedIn pages so they could easily share and amplify the videos which helped boost visibility and algorithm-driven engagement

Note: During the planning and execution of this roundtable reflection series, I was also transitioning into a new role from Product Marketing Manager to Thought Leadership Strategist. In parallel, I successfully led an additional project for that role, demonstrating my ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives during a period of role evolution and increased responsibility (click to view the post and manager feedback)
