Problem:
As businesses embrace digital transformation, managing IT operations at scale has become increasingly complex. According to Gartner, 60% of enterprises will adopt AI-driven automation for IT operations by 2026 to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. However, many struggle with integrating AI solutions, leading to inefficiencies and increased risk of disruptions.
Solution:
My task was to lead the creation and execution of the launch plan for IBM Consulting AIOps. That Included:
Value Proposition Development and Analyst Relations: Participated in 4+ Analyst sessions, developed clear and compelling messaging tailored to resonate with key stakeholders
Content Development: Created 2 demo videos, 1 webpage, 3 emails, 1 client leave behind, 1 social tile, and drove 2 webinars that effectively showcased the offering's value and benefits for 2024
Impact: Coordinated a go-to-market strategy to position IBM Consulting as a leader in the AIOps space, Generated $30M+ in pipeline for IBM Consulting through a generative AI webinar, and piqued the interest of clients at public events like IBM THINK and during private meetings led by our consultants through the demos developed.
