From Possibility to Impact: Real-World AI Use Cases for Business Growth and Efficiency
Problem:
The AI revolution is here, bringing over a billion new applications and transforming how enterprises create value. But while the potential is massive, many organizations are still struggling to keep up. Leading companies are already using AI to drive growth, productivity, and competitive advantage. Others are falling behind, held back by outdated systems, misaligned strategies, and the inability to scale AI across the business. Think 2025 showcases how to close that gap and capture AI’s full potential with clarity, speed, and impact.
Solution:
I was responsible for developing the title and abstract, as well as identifying and securing consulting partners and senior business leaders to participate in a series of four client roundtables. These 30-minute, consulting-led discussions are designed to elevate the client voice and typically follow a companion spotlight session delivered by our technology team. I managed the end-to-end execution of all four roundtables, ensuring strategic alignment, relevance, and value for attendees. That included:
Roundtable Program Execution: Led end-to-end delivery of 4 client roundtables, including title and abstract development, and securing consulting partners and senior business leaders participation
Stakeholder Engagement: Identified and confirmed participation from 30+ senior leaders and consulting SMEs to drive relevant, insight-led discussions
Strategic Planning & Enablement: Developed speaker briefs, discussion guides, and logistics plans to ensure strategic alignment and high-value conversations for roundtable attendees
Executive Visibility & Social Amplification: Created personalized LinkedIn posts for each roundtable and lead moderator to increase awareness, highlight thought leadership, and drive engagement across key audiences
Impact: Attracted 270+ attendees across the four roundtables, driving high-value client conversations and strengthening relationships with key decision-makers and influencing an estimated $20M–$50M+ in potential pipeline

Note: During the planning and execution of this roundtable program, I was also transitioning into a new role from Product Marketing Manager to Thought Leadership Strategist. In parallel, I successfully led an additional project for that role, demonstrating my ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives during a period of role evolution and increased responsibility (click to view the post and manager feedback)
