Problem:
Enterprises are experimenting with AI across assistants, agents, and automation, but lack the integrated platform, governance, and operating model required to scale AI into sustained business advantage.
Solution:
Many enterprises are adopting AI, but fragmented workflows, siloed data, and inconsistent governance prevent real ROI. IBM Enterprise Advantage addresses this by providing a structured, scalable model to build and operate an enterprise AI platform. It helps organizations move from isolated use cases to measurable outcomes at scale, using existing technology and adding what’s needed for sustained value. We are building and executing a thought leadership and eminence strategy to drive market awareness and commercial consideration for this new asset-based offering, which includes:
A video series designed to spotlight common misconceptions about Agentic AI, created to spark conversation and build anticipation ahead of the 1/19/25 launch of Enterprise Advantage.
Impact (so far): Established a clear problem narrative before product release, increasing audience readiness for launch.
Partnered with Matt Bellio, Senior Managing Consultant; Glenn Dittrich, Senior Partner, Talent Transformation; and Edward Walsh, Strategy Consultant, Hybrid Cloud Transformation, to identify and refine the most pressing client and market misconceptions around Agentic AI. Developed the strategic narrative and distribution plan, produced and edited the video series, and led promotion in advance of launch.
Post-launch, I created a bespoke social tile to sustain momentum for Enterprise Advantage and amplify early client validation. The copy centered on a direct client quote highlighting the balance between 10x innovation speed and enterprise readiness.
